Rosario Central invests $900,000 in a youth football school in Funes. The project includes pitches, locker rooms and parking, with a 20-year lease agreement with the option to extend for 10 more years. The goal is to develop young talents from the region and generate more opportunities for the detection and formation of footballers. The school will be aimed at children and girls between 5 and 12 years old, with activities of both competitive and recreational profiles. The agreement establishes the concession of use of the land for 20 years, with the possibility of extension for 10 more years, and contemplates the shared use of the facilities with the Municipal School in off-peak hours. Also, the granting of sports scholarships is foreseen to favor the access and inclusion of boys in the program. The plot, located at the intersection of the collector by the Rosario - Córdoba Highway and Galindo Avenue, will consist of two synthetic football pitches, one for 11 players and one for 7 players, with a locker room area for both and parking. The project aims to capture and develop young talents from Funes and other municipalities in the region, through the implementation of the club's training methodology, aimed at the integral formation of footballers. The new space will be aimed at children and girls between 5 and 12 years old, with activities of both competitive and recreational profiles.
